For crisis situations -Don’t hesitate to call 1-800-273-8255 if you are in Crisis. Really, they are there to help. Maybe you just mess with them until you feel better. That’s what I sometimes told myself.
App: Virtual Hope Box
-This is great for when you need an immediate distraction to soothe mounting anxiety, triggers, or racing thoughts. It was actually designed for veterans with PTSD. Plus, there are some fun games and good breathing exercises.
